• Opened or used items cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• After inspecting your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered Shilajit Resin.
• Final sale or clearance items.
